No refunds
IBEL has a strict no refund policy. Tuition and/or classes cannot be postponed in time or transferred towards another student.
Responsibility
IBEL will take reasonable measures to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants. However, I understand and acknowledge that my participation and that of my children in any event or activity organized by IBEL is voluntary and may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical contact and the risk of injury. As a participant or parent/legal guardian of a participant, I assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, losses, or liabilities that may occur as a result of my or my children’s participation in the course.
Misconduct
I confirm that I and my children will fully comply with the instructions and rules of IBEL. In the event of misconduct or misbehaviour of my child/children, I hereby authorize IBEL, its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives and contractors (collectively, “IBEL Personnel”) to take all necessary steps to prevent such misconduct/misbehaviour, including without limitation to removing my child from participating in the activities and barring him or her from the program for the duration of his or her course.
Medical condition
I confirm that my child do not suffer from medical conditions that would render him/her unfit or unsuitable to attend the activities or courses. If my child suffers from any allergies or medical conditions, I will provide IBEL with all relevant information and will ensure that appropriate measures are in place to accommodate the medical needs of my child.
Emergency
In the event of an emergency, I hereby authorize IBEL Personnel to administer first aid, arrange transport to a medical facility or obtain emergency medical treatment for my child, without obligating any of IBEL Personnel to do so. I undertake to pay or reimburse all the expenses incurred due to any emergency involving my child.
Accuracy
I confirm that all information provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform IBEL of any changes to the information provided, including but not limited to changes in contact information or medical conditions.
Photo consent
I have no objection to IBEL using photographs taken during the event or activity organized by IBEL, wherein my or my child’s likeness appears, for the purpose of teaching training, curriculum, and promotional purposes. I understand that the photographs may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, social media, and other promotional materials. I further consent to IBEL’s right to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute the photographs. I also understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me or my child by reason of such use.
