Dana Kulik Banga is a Director at The Caravel Group, a family-owned, Hong Kong headquartered, diversified global conglomerate focused on leading maritime services, trading and logistics of dry bulk raw materials, and investment management activities. Mrs. Banga is a Founding board member of The Caravel Foundation, a private Hong Kong-registered charity focused on education and healthcare for underprivileged children. Under Mrs. Banga’s stewardship, the Foundation has endowed The Caravel Foundation Scholarship Funds at Dartmouth College, Duke University, and Princeton University. Mrs. Banga is a member of Duke University’s Trinity Board of Visitors, and was a member of Dartmouth College’s first-ever Presidential Commission on Financial Aid (2020-2022) established during the Covid-19 pandemic and continues to support the initiative as an ambassador. In Hong Kong, she is on the Hong Kong International School Advancement Committee and supports The City University of Hong Kong. Furthermore, Mrs. Banga supports the wider Caravel Group’s strategic activities. She has been on the board of Young Master Ales, a Caravel Group portfolio company, since 2015. Prior to joining Caravel, Mrs. Banga worked at Citigroup Global Capital Markets in New York and Hong Kong from 2006 – 2014. She graduated from Duke University with a degree in Economics, is married to Mr. Angad Banga, and they share two sons.
