Anjali Grover

Anjali Grover is a multidisciplinary professional with a background in marketing and over a decade of experience in non-profit program design and youth mental health. Her career has evolved from the beauty sector to art education, to youth advocacy and community well-being, with a current focus on child and adolescent mental health.

Anjali began her professional journey as a Marketing Manager in the beauty industry, working with prestigious brands such as Sephora and L’Oréal. In these roles, she developed expertise in consumer behaviour analysis, trend forecasting, stakeholder management, and strategic communications. She was instrumental in helping lead the launch of Sephora in China.

In 2011, Anjali transitioned to the non-profit sector, taking on the role of Head of Development at Asia Art Archive, where she contributed to a deeper understanding of Contemporary Asian Art. At Save the Children (Hong Kong), she played a pivotal role in the Youth Education & Advocacy team, launching the Youth Ambassador Program. As Head of Development at the Asia Society Hong Kong Centre, Anjali spearheaded fundraising initiatives and community outreach programs, cultivating strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Currently, Anjali serves as a counsellor-in-training for primary and secondary students at Korean International School, utilizing trauma-informed, strengths-based interventions and practical nervous system regulation techniques. Her dedication to supporting student wellbeing and personal growth is central to her work.

Anjali holds a BA in Economics and Philosophy from University College London (UCL), an MA in Contemporary Art from Sotheby’s Institute of Art, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Psychology from the University of Liverpool. She is currently pursuing an MA in Counselling from Monash University.
